sliced peaches
skinned, cut 1/2 inch thick

brown sugar

salted and melted

all purpose flour

baking powder
pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease bottom of ramekins.
Mix peaches, sugar, pinch of salt and cinnamon together.
Place in a saucepan and heat over medium high heat until peaches are heated through and the sugar has begun to caramelize.
Put peaches into ramekin.
In a medium size bowl, combine crumble ingredients.
Sprinkle on top of peaches.
Bake for 15-20. minutes or until peaches are hot and bubbly and crumble mixture is golden brown.
Let stand for 10-15 minutes to cool and for juices to thicken.
